STORY BEHIND THE CRAFT

The Anarkali suit traces its origins to the Mughal era and is believed to be named after Anarkali,
a legendary courtesan in the court of Emperor Akbar.
This style was popular among royal women and featured long, flowy silhouettes that exuded grace and elegance.
Over time, Anarkalis faded from mainstream fashion but made a strong comeback in modern Indian couture,
becoming a staple for weddings, festivals, and formal occasions.
